Thomas Barnes & Sons has recently been awarded places on three important construction frameworks in the North West.
The first two cover both minor and major capital work for Bolton Council, in bandings of £500,000 to £1m and £1m to £5m. The projects to be procured under these frameworks include school refurbishments and extensions, office and leisure facilities, open spaces and shopping precincts. These framework agreements run until 2016.
Barnes place on the third framework has been awarded by City West Housing Trust. We are now a Development Partner for the organisation’s new build affordable housing and extra care projects ranging from £1m to £5m. This framework runs until 2017.
Sue Cooper, Business Development Manager for Thomas Barnes comments “TB&S has had a great first quarter with many projects won through traditional tendering, however we are thrilled to have secured places on these long term frameworks which will see us partner with two important clients over the forthcoming years. We very much look forward to working closely with City West Housing Trust and Bolton MBC on these schemes”.
